Cancellation Policy - Booking deposit is refundable if cancellation is more than 14 days before check in date. A cancellation fee of $50 is charged. Less than 14 days prior, deposit is only refunded (less the cancellation fee) if the cottage is rebooked by another party. Bookings can be transferred to another date if arranged 14 days prior to stay. Failure to arrive, the deposit is forfeited and the remainder of the balance is payable.
